Our Client Support Specialist

As our Client Support Specialist, you actively communicate with our clients and help them solve their problems. You will recall most of the tasks by mail, sometimes you will also make a phone call, so fluent English is necessary. After understanding SaaS (Software as a Service), you will ensure those customer requirements are properly documented, managed, met with the result that the customer has been decommissioned. As a great team player, you can solve problems, you are proactive, organized and detail-oriented. You work on multiple tasks in a rapidly evolving environment.
